作为剧团42周年庆典之作，《蔷薇与武士2-海盗女王的归来》延续首作超强主创阵容，由著名导演猪上秀德与剧作家中岛一基操刀，续写女王与大盗的冒险故事：在天下大盗石川五右卫门的帮助下，顺利继承王位的安努女王创下了十余年的太平盛世，直到德尔索尔岛遭受外敌攻击，一连串的阴谋再度席卷，安努女王该如何维护自身的声誉，又该如何保护国土和人民？

10 odd years since the Pirate, Anne de Alwyda (Yuki Amami) became the Queen of Cordonia with the help of Ishikawa Goemon (Arata Furuta)
One day, the Island of Del Sol where the Doctor researcher Keppel Lentes (Macoto Awane) resides, is attacked by the army of Cordonia. Goemon was coincidently on the island and helps evade the army. With many unanswered questions, they decide to head to Cordonia together.
With the imminent threat nearing Cordonia, Anne is in an unexpected tangle.
Can she keep her honor and protect the Country and its People?!
